Purchaser update
An update for purchasers on the construction of five full floor residences at 4 MacDonald Street, on the Brisbane riverfront.
We are pleased to report a productive month on site. The double height precast panels have been installed between levels 3 and 5, and the level 4 slab has been poured. The detail below sets out where each element of the build currently stands.
The double height precast panels have been installed between levels 3 and 5. The profile of the building is now visible from street level.
The level 4 slab, Residence 3, was poured on Wednesday 19 August.
Services installation has commenced in the basement and on the ground floor, comprising the hydraulic, electrical and mechanical rough-in for the residences above.

Heirloom has begun to take its final form. We were on site on Wednesday to witness Apartment 3 slab being poured. Myself and Rob from Graya were lucky enough to see the project coming to life from the top of the crane.
